The Local Rules for the desired court are now in front of you. 

Navigate to the desired rule by using the hyperlinked table of contents or if you prefer you can do a search using the Find function of your browser.

At this point, if you want to view another Tool Link for the selected court, just click the new Tool Link form the Tool Box in the results list.
