Once you’ve submitted your search query, it’s only a matter of seconds before you are viewing a list of courts with their tool links in the jurisdiction that you chose.  This list is ordered by judicial circuit (numerically), then by state within the circuit (alphabetically), then by region within the state i.e. Eastern District, Middle District, Western District, (alphabetically), then by court type i.e. Bankruptcy or District (alphabetically).  All results list will start with the US Supreme Court and be followed by the appropriate Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
