Step 1 continues on the next screen with the selection of the specific jurisdiction you are interested in or, for you non-lawyers, the court where the decision was handed down. In our example, we have already chosen the 6^th Circuit, so our second tier choices can be any number of states within the 6^th Circuit, and/or the 6^th Federal Circuit itself and the U.S. Supreme Court. We’ll stay with TN, plus the 6^th Circuit, and select them both by selecting the appropriate boxes (see red loops below).
